摘　　要：地铁齿轮箱输出大齿轮与车轴采用过盈连接,过盈量大,退卸时所需的压出力较大,需要在配合面之间打高压油形成油膜再进行操作,这样既省力又可以有效保护配合面不被划伤。The gear of the metro gearbox connects to the axle with a large interference.We need more pressure if we want to dismount the gear.If we play high pressure oil between the mating surfaces to form a film before proceeding,so we can dismount the gear effectively without harm to the axle.
