新常态下成人再教育工作面临的困惑与思维调节

摘  要:新常态的提出意味着我国社会经济发展进入全面转型时期,我国社会经济将迎来新阶段。成人再教育工作也应该顺应时代发展形势,紧跟时代前进的步伐,主动适应"新常态"。新常态必将对我国成人再教育的发展产生重要的影响,并对成人再教育工作未来发展方向具有引导作用。基于此,对我国目前成人再教育发展现状做出研究,发现成人再教育工作面临的困惑,并给出切实的改革建议,以期帮助成人再教育工作者实现思维的转变。The New Normal means that the social and economic development of our country is coming into a transition period, while our country social economy will usher in a new stage. Aduh re-education should also keep up with the pace of progress and take the initiative in order to adapt to the "New Normal". The New Normal will have a major impact on the development of our country adult re-education, and play a guiding role on adult re-education for the future development direction. On the basis of the present development of adult continuing education under the New Normal study, this paper found out that adult continuing education is currently facing confusion, and it gives some practical reform suggestions, in order to help adult continuing education workers to realize the regulation of thinking.
