摘 要:新加坡职业教育发展的经验与成果表明,文化在职业教育发展始终占有极为重要的位置,文化建设既是职业教育理念创新、目标创新、政策创新的基础与依据,也是职业教育制度建设、机制改革、模式变迁的主要推手与支撑。而以此为借鉴进行深远反思,期许为中国职业教育的发展提供新的思维、开拓新的路径,则是本文的主旨所在。In accordance with the experience and achievements obtained from Singapore's vocational education, the culture plays an essential role in vocational education all the time. Therefore, the cultural construction does not only serve as the basis for the innovation of concept, target and policy, but also as the main driving force and support for the system construction, mechanism reform and mode change. Taking the aforesaid as a reference, this paper mainly expects to provide new thoughts, lay new foundations and explore new paths for the development of China's vocational education.
