摘　　要：通过对影响柴油发动机寿命的多种使用因素综合分析,建立了以气缸压力为主要状态参数,喷油压力和机油压力为辅助状态参数,以其他使用条件为修正参数的柴油发动机寿命预测数学模型。以一台立式柴油机为试验对象,对其进行了寿命预测。试验结果表明,采用该试验方法对柴油发动机的寿命进行预测要优于传统的预测方法,该试验方法具有一定的经济价值。In this paper, the main factors affecting the life of diesel engine are analyzed. And then with the parameters of cylinder pressure as the main state parameter, injection pressure and oil pressure as the auxiliary state parameters, and other use conditions as modification parameters, the diesel engine life forecasting mathematical model is established. The experimental results show that the method can predict the life of diesel engine better than the traditional method, and has certain economic value.
