摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血D-乳酸检测在乳腺癌早期诊断上的价值。方法:通过对50例早期乳腺癌患者临床资料分析及外周血D-乳酸检测,分析早期乳腺癌患者外周血D-乳酸水平在乳腺癌早期诊断中的意义。并取50例健康正常人为对照。结果:50例早期乳腺癌患者血清D-乳酸水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血清D-乳酸水平增高可能是乳腺癌肿瘤发生的一个早期事件,为乳腺癌的早期诊断和治疗提供了新的思路。Objective： To explore serum D-lactic acid in breast cancer cells. Methods： The serum levels of D-lactic acid in the data of 50 breast cancer patients and 50 healthy people were detected,and the difference between the two groups was compared. Results： The level of serum D-lactic acid in patients with breast cancer was significantly higher than that in normal control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Elevated serum D-lactic acid level may be an early event in breast cancer tumorigenesis,it provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
