国产合资进口汽车催化剂贵金属的分布及其对排放影响的研究

摘　　要：对592辆国五轻型汽油耐久封样车辆的贵金属按照国产车、合资车和进口车类型分别进行统计分析,结合贵金属含量、比例进行耐久排放比较。结果表明:目前国五轻型汽油车催化器大多采用二单元的载体单元分布模式,催化剂多采用Pd/Rh贵金属组合形式,贵金属含量与排量成正比,使用Pd/Rh贵金属比例多在7∶1~15∶1的区间内;国产车、合资车和进口车所用催化剂贵金属含量、比例不同:在相同排量下,贵金属含量进口车>合资车>国产车,Pd/Rh比例是进口车>合资车>国产车;在相同贵金属含量比例下,同排量的进口车排放优于国产车和合资车。The precious metals of 592 gasoline vehicles which finished the durable tests and followed the national emission standards V were counted anti domestic vehicles, joint venture vehicles and imported vehicles were analyzed as well. The results show that： so far the catalytic converters of gasoline vehicle followed the national emission standards V use two units of carrier unit distribution pattern. The combination of Pd/Rh is used frequently. The content of precious metals is proportional to the displacement. Pd/Rh ratio is from 7 ： 1 to 15 ： 1. The content and proportion of precious metals in catalysts in domestic vehicles and joint venture vehicles are different from which in imported vehicles. In the same displacement, the precious metal content of imported vehicle is large than that of joint venture vehicle which is large than that of domestic vehicle, Pd/Rh ratio of imported vehicle is large than that of joint venture vehicle which is large than that of domestic vehicle. In the same content and ratio of precious metals, the emissions of imported vehicles are better than domestic vehicles＇ and joint venture vehicles＇ with the same displacement.
