摘 要:研究了一种新的中厚板铝合金双面双弧自动焊接系统,设计了双机器人双面双TIG弧自动焊接系统方案及同步通讯电路,系统集成了机器人、数字化焊机、变位机等模块,构建了双面双弧双机器人自动同步立焊焊接工作站。焊接试验结果表明,该系统可以实现中厚板铝合金双面双弧同轴打底焊自动工艺,大幅度提高了自动化焊接效率。试验结果同时表明,双面双TIG弧双机器人自动焊接系统具有焊接周期短,焊接过程稳定的特点,是前景广阔的中厚板高效化焊接设备。This paper studies a new robotic double sided arc automatic welding system for middle-thick aluminium alloy plates, designs its scheme and synchronous communication circuit. This system consists of robot, digital welding machine and positioner, which are made up into a robotic double sided arc automatic synchronous vertical welding working cell. The welding experiment result shows that the system can be used to realize the robotic double-sided TIG arc synchronous automatic welding process, thus greatly improving the automation welding efficiency. The experiment results also show that the automatic welding system has advantages of short welding cycle, stable weld- ing process, it is a promising and high efficient welding equipment in the welding field for the medium and heavy plates.
