摘 要:车内空气污染危害乘车人员的身体健康,也严重影响乘车的舒适性。以CAN总线为主流标准的车载网络技术的普及,使得车载电子单元能够协同工作以提高汽车整体性能。为此研发了一款车载空气质量监控系统,用以监控车内空气污染物。系统选用STM32微处理器,基于UCOSII进行软件设计,分为监测单元与执行单元两部分。监测单元将采集的污染物浓度发送给执行单元,执行单元依据污染物浓度及持续时间给定电机速度,带动风扇转动排出污染物。通过基于模型的设计实现了MATLAB与STM32协同工作,对电机进行PID调速。In-car air pollution not only does harm to passengers' health, but also seriously affects the ride comfort. CAN bus with the mainstream standard of on-board network technology becomes more and more popular and enables the vehicle electronic unit coordinated work to improve the overall performance of car. For this, this paper develops a vehicle air quality monitoring system which is used to monitor in-car air pollutants. The microprocessor STM32 is used in this system as UCOSII to design the software, and this unit is divided into two parts: monitoring unit and execution unit. The monitoring Unit is used to collect pollutants' concentra- tion in the car, and then sent the information to the execution unit. According to the pollutants' concentration and the duration, the execution unit determines the speed of the mofor driving the fan to discharge the pollutants. Through model design, it realizes the collaboraton of MATLAB and STM32, thus controlling the motor speed with PID.
