摘 要:为了改进单模激光系统的稳定性,在单模激光损失模型中输入偏置信号的调幅波,用线性化近似方法计算了输出光强的功率谱,得到功率谱与低频调制信号频率、量子噪声实虚部间的关联系数的变化规律。结果表明:当低频调制信号频率增大、量子噪声增大、自饱和系数减小、量子噪声实虚部间的关联较强时,系统的功率越小,单模激光系统的稳定性越好。同时发现,载波信号的振幅对激光系统的功率谱也有很大影响。In order to improve the stability of a single-mode laser system,the power spectrum in single-mode laser loss model is calculated based on the linear approximation method after inputting a biased amplitude modulation signal.The change rules of are obtained when the modulation signal of low frequency and cross-correlation between the real and imaginary part of the quantum noise are varied.The results indicate that when the low frequency of the modulation signal is large,the quantum noise is large,the self-saturation coefficient is small,and the cross-correlation between the real and imaginary part of the quantum noise is stronger,the power of the system is small and the stability of a single-mode laser system is better.Meanwhile,it is found that the amplitude of carrier signal has a significant influence on the power spectrum of the laser system.
