摘　　要：牙周炎是最常见的口腔疾病之一,重度牙周炎可导致牙齿松动甚至脱落.牙周炎动物模型在牙周病病因学、病理学以及治疗方面的研究中起着十分重要的作用.本文从实验性牙周炎动物模型建立的机制、适用动物的选择、模型建立的方法等方面,对国内外不同实验性牙周炎动物模型的研究、应用及其局限性概况进行综述,为牙周炎的深入研究提供基础.Periodontitis is one of the most common oral diseases, and severe periodontitis can lead to loose teeth or even fall off.The animal models of periodontitis plays a very important role in the etiology, pathology and treatment of periodontal disease.This article from the mechanism of experimental periodontitis animal models, for the choice of animal models, methods, research experimental animal models of periodontitis, application and limitations of the survey are summarized, and provide a basis for further research of periodontitis.
