摘　　要：黏蛋白(MUCs)是一类高度糖基化、高分子量的糖蛋白,分布于许多腺上皮细胞表面及其分泌物中,根据其结构和功能的不同可分为膜结合型粘蛋白和分泌型粘蛋白。MUCs对结直肠具有保护作用,当其形成肿瘤时,MUCs的表达也会发生变化,并且与结直肠癌的发生和发展密切相关,是结直肠癌的重要标志物之一。本综述重点研究讨论结直肠癌中不同MUCs的表达变化及基因调控情况,旨在为结直肠癌致病机理研究提供新的思路和突破口,为疾病早期预警、预防、诊断和干预提供有效的方法和措施。MUCs are a kind of glycoprotein with high glycosylation and high molecular weight, which are distributed in many glandular epithelial cells and its secretion. According to the structure and function, MUCs can be divided into two types： secretory mucin and membrane binding mucin. MUCs have protective effect on colon, and their expressions will change in colorectal tumor, and they are closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and are one of the important markers of colorectal cancer. This article focuses on discussing expression and gene regulation of different MUCs in colorectal cancer, which aims to provide a new method and breakthrough for colorectal cancer pathogenesis research, with the purpose to provide effective methods and measures of early warning, prevention, diagnosis and intervention of colorectal cancer.
