摘 要:为考察环保增塑剂TXIB(2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯)对PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)乳液流变性能的影响,分析了TXIB掺量对PVAc乳液流变性能[如黏度、储能模量(G′)、损耗模量(G″)及损耗因子(tanδ)等]的影响。研究结果表明:在剪切应力作用下,PVAc乳液、TXIB/PVAc共混乳液均呈切力变稀现象;TXIB对PVAc乳液有明显的增稠作用,并且共混乳液的黏度随温度升高而增大,共混乳液的凝胶温度随TXIB掺量增加而降低;当应变较小时,TXIB的引入对PVAc乳液的稳定性影响较小;当温度或TXIB掺量较低时,共混乳液的相容性相对较好。In order to investigate the influences of an environment friendly plasticizer TXIB(2,2,4-trimethyl- 1,3- pentadiol diisobutylate) on rheological property of PVAc(polyvinyl acetate) emulsion,theinfluences of TXIB contents on rheological properties[such as viscosity,energy storage modulus(G′),loss modulus(G″)and loss factor(tan δ)] of PVAc emulsion were analyzed. The research results showed that the PVAc emulsion andthe TXIB/PVAc polyblend emulsion had all the shear thinned phenomenon under the action of shear stress. TheTXIB had the obvious thickening action on PVAc emulsion,and the viscosity of polyblend emulsion was increasedwith increasing temperature,but the gel temperature of polyblend emulsion was decreased with increasing TXIBcontent. The influences of introducing TXIB on stability of PVAc emulsion were less when strain was less. Thepolyblend emulsion had the relatively better compatibility when temperature or TXIB content were lower.
