摘　　要：CLARITY透明脑实验是动物组织形态研究中的一项前沿技术,如何在本科生教学中开设还少有经验。根据教学实验室条件,对该项技术的实验方法、技术流程进行了一定的改进,使之适合于本科生教学。通过教学实践,培养了学生的综合学习能力和前沿实验技能。CLARITY transparent brain technique is a cutting-edge experimental method in animal morphological investigation,which is lack of performing experiences in undergraduate student teaching. In this study,authors reconstructed the technical flow scheme to adapt undergraduate students according the current existing laboratory condition. By teaching practice,the students were trained in comprehensive studying ability and obtained advanced experimental skills.
