先秦儒道“和”思想对《内经》养生理论的影响

摘　　要：探讨先秦儒道"和"思想对《内经》养生理论的影响。作为成书于秦汉时期的《黄帝内经》,其养生理论建构深受先秦道、儒两家"和"思想的影响。在道家"和其光,同其尘""抱德炀和,以顺天下""形体保神,神将守形"等"和"思想与儒家"和"是天人之道、"和"是社会政治之道等理论的基础上,《内经》构建了天人和、人事和、形神和的养生理论。This paper discussed the influence of＂harmony＂thoughts of pre-Qin Taoism and Confucianism on the theory of health maintenance in Inner Canon of Huangdi. Inner Canon of Huangdi was written in the Qin and Han dynasties,and the theory construction of health maintenance was greatly influenced by＂harmony＂thoughts of pre-Qin Taoism and Confucianism. ＂Harmony＂thoughts of Taoism emphasize＂harmony and equality in the development＂＂benevolent governance and solidarity to conform to social development＂＂mutual support of body and spirit＂. Confucian theory put forward that ＂harmony＂is a balanced relationship between human and nature and＂harmony＂is an efficient management for society and politics. On the basis of these theories,Inner Canon of Huangdi summarized the theories of health maintenance that harmony between human and nature,harmony between persons and things,harmony between body and spirit.
