摘　　要：中国环境伦理学和环境哲学2016年年会的主题是,"中国特色社会主义生态文明理论和实践问题"。其主要内容:关涉文明与自然及其取代现代性哲学的生态哲学智慧,以及人向自然生成并走向"顺应"自然的科学等生态文明建设的现实背景和哲学基础;聚焦如何贯彻五大发展理念特别是绿色发展理念,使生态文明建设理念及精神成为实践理念直至落地生根,特别是包括有效结合本土经验在内的顶层设计、制度安排和路径选择,促使发展方式和交往方式应该包含的绿色维度和绿色内涵等生态文明的发展理念与本土方略;借鉴游牧文明的生态生存方略及其生态哲学智慧,创建生产生活生态共赢、社会共治、创建生态文明建设新机制,并有序培育绿色情商以及有效规避环境风险等生态文明建设的实践理念与实践走向。2016 Annual Meeting about Chinese environmental ethics and environmental philosophy centered on ecological civilization theory and practice issues of Chinese characteristic socialism,and concerned replacing the modernity philosophy about ecological philosophy wisdom of civilization and nature,and the realistic background and philosophical foundation of ecological civilization construction. The meeting focused on how to implement the five concepts for development especially the green development concept,make the concept of ecological construction and spiritual civilization become a practical idea,especially including the top-level design,institutional arrangements and path selection of effective local combination experience,which can promote the development way and communication pattern to a green dimension and connotation with development ideas and local strategies of ecological civilization. The meeting also took example of ecological survival strategy and eco-development wisdom of nomadic civilization to establish an all-win society and create a new system about ecological civilization construction,and orderly cultivate green emotional quotient and validly evade environmental risks of practice concepts and practice direction of ecological civilization construction.
