摘　　要：目的:观察参苓盥洗液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎家兔鼻窦黏膜纤毛形态与功能的影响,为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床运用中医药治疗提供理论与动物实验研究支持。方法:将60只家兔随机分为A、B、C3组,每组20只,进行慢性鼻-鼻窦炎家兔模型造模。造模后A组左侧鼻窦、B组右侧鼻窦、C组右侧鼻窦予参苓盥洗液;A组右侧鼻窦予西药盥洗液,B组左侧鼻窦予3%高渗盐水进行鼻窦盥洗,C左侧鼻窦不注入。造模前、后,及干预后观察鼻窦纤毛传输速率,并分别留取鼻窦黏膜标本行电镜观察。结果:A组左侧纤毛传输速率(MTR)高于右侧(P<0.05);B、C组左侧MTR低于右侧(P<0.05)。A组左侧与B组右侧及C组右侧鼻窦纤毛传输速率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扫描电镜观察显示,造模前、后,及干预后各组间进行比较,纤毛形态较不一致,以参苓盥洗液干预后纤毛恢复更接近正常纤毛形态。结论:参苓盥洗液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎兔鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能及纤毛形态的修复作用明显,优于3%高渗盐水及抗生素盥洗液。Objective： To investigate the effect of Shenling lavage fluid （参苓盥洗液, SLLF） on morphology and function of sinus cilia in rabbits with chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods： The 60 rabbits were randomly divid- ed into three groups, each group have 20 rabbits, and made to chronic nose-sinusitis model. And then we treat the left sinuses in group A, the right sinuses in group B, the right sinuses in group C with Shenling lavage. And treat the right sinuses in group A with antibiotic lavage, treat the left sinuses in group B with 3% Hyper- tonic saline, sinuses washing everyday. The left tsinuses in group C were done nothing. Results： The MTR of left sinuses in group A was higher than the right （P〈O.05）. The MTR of left sinuses in group B and C were lower than the right （P〈O.05）. In moving velocity of cilia aspects, the three groups do not have statistically significant differences between before molding and after molding （P〉0.05）. In scanning electron microscope, comparing with before and after modeling, between the groups after the treatment, we can see the cilia shape is inconsistent, and the recovering is close to the normal cilia shape after the Shenling lavage treatment. Conclu- sion： Shenling lavage fluid has significant improvement in the repairment of nasal form and function for rabbits with chronic rhinosinusitis. And the repairment of the treatment of antibiotic lavage and 3% Hypertonic saline were less than Shenling lavage in moving velocity of cilia aspects and SEM.
