摘 要:目的:探讨中医护理方案在心血管病房临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将2015年实习生52人做为实验组,采用中医护理方案改进的临床教学路径进行教学。将2014年实习生52人做为对照组,采用原护理教学计划进行教学。比较两组理论、中医操作技能考核成绩和护生实习满意度调查问卷得分。结果:实验组护生理论、中医技能考核成绩和调查得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用中医护理方案改进临床教学方法为心血管病房后期临床教学提供了规范的流程,提高了护理教学质量。Objective: To evaluate the effects of the TCM nursing scheme in cardiovascular ward under- graduate nursing teaching. Methods: The 52 practice nurses in 2015 received the TCM nursing scheme pathway teaching methods, as the experimental group; The 52 practice nurses in 2014 received the conventional meth- ods, as the control group. The students were investigated with knowledge ,TCM skill and undergraduate nursing student academic satisfaction scale (UNSASS). Results: The experimental group showed higher scores about knowledge, TCM skill and UNSASS than the control group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The TCM nursing scheme pathway teaching method can provide the standard procedure of nursing teaching and im- prove the quality of nursing teaching.
