多波长氪激光配合卵磷脂络合碘在局限性孔源性视网膜脱离中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多波长氪激光配合卵磷脂络合碘治疗局限性孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法:将170例216眼局限性孔源性视网膜脱离患者随机分为观察组(88例114眼)和对照组(82例102眼),均给予多波长氪激光光凝治疗,观察组则配合服用卵磷脂络合碘(1.5mg,tid),比较两组临床疗效及治愈时间。结果:观察组治愈率为94.7%,对照组为92.2%,两组治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多波长氪激光配合卵磷脂络合碘治疗局限性孔源性视网膜脱离可明显缩短治愈时间。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of multi wavelength krypton laser combined with iodized lecithin for localized rhegmatogenous retinal detachement. Methods： 170 cases （216 eyes） of patients with localized rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were randomly divided into observation group （88 cases, 114 eyes） and control group （82 cases, 102 eyes）, both of which treated by photocoagulation treatment with multi wavelength krypton laser, while the observation group combined with orally taking iodized lecithin （1.5rag, tid）, compared the efficacy and cured time of the two groups. Results： The cured rate of observation group was 94.7%, while that of control group was 92.2%, the difference between the cured rate of two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）; the cured time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of multi wavelength krypton laser combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of localized rhegmatog- enous retinal detachement can significantly shorten the cured time.
