摘 要:研究了制革保毛脱毛回收牛毛的碱水解工艺。以牛毛水解率和水解物相对分子质量等为评价指标,优化了水解条件。结果表明:酸/碱预处理并不会提高牛毛水解率,牛毛可不经预处理直接进行碱水解。水解时加入Mg O能起到助滤和脱色的双重作用。在Na OH用量16%、Mg O用量4%、液比700%、反应时间6h的条件下,牛毛水解率达到75%,水解物相对分子质量为15 000左右。该牛毛水解物用于制革复鞣填充工序,表现出了良好的填充作用,能够显著提高坯革的柔软度、丰满度等感官性能。The process of alkalis hydrolysis of bovine hair recovered from hair-saving unhairing process was stud- ied. The hydrolysis conditions were optimized and hydrolysis rate of bovine hair and relative molecular weight of hy- drolysate were used as evaluation indexes. Results show that the hydrolysis rate of bovine hair is not increased when employing acid/alkali pretreatments. Bovine hair can be hydrolyzed using alkalis directly. The addition of MgO in hy- drolysis can improve the filtration rate as well as decolorization effect of hydrolysate. Under the hydrolyzing condition of 16% NaOH, 4%MgO, 700% float ratio and reaction time 6h, the hydrolysis rate of bovine hair can achieve 75%. The relative molecular weight of the hydrolysate is aobut 15 000. The bovine hair hydrolysate was used in retanning and filling properties process of leather. Results indicate that it has satisfactory filling effect and can improve the organoleptic of crust leather such as softness and fullness.
