摘 要:从新疆盐碱土壤中分离筛选得到一株能在高盐条件下降解苯酚的微生物菌株HNA-14,经16S r DNA序列及系统进化分析,鉴定其为芽孢杆菌属的一株菌。通过对HNA-14的生理生化特征及苯酚降解能力的研究,确定该菌的最适生长温度为30℃,p H值为8.0,Na Cl浓度为7%,且在10%的高盐浓度下,HNA-14能在96h内完全降解浓度为500mg/L的苯酚。并将该菌株成功应用于皮化企业的含苯酚废水处理。One halotolerant strain HNA- 14 with phenol degradation ability was separated from saline-alkali soil in Xinjiang province, and it was identified as Bacillus sp by 16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic analysis. The physio- logical and biochemical characteristics and phenol degradation ability of HNA-14 were studied. Results indicate that its optimal temperature, pH value and concentration of NaCl for growth are 30℃, 8, and 7%, respectively. The phe- nol degradation test shows that HNA- 14 can completely degrade concentration of 500mg/L phenol within 96h at 10% salinity. Furthermore, HNA-14 has been successfully applied to phenol-containing waste water treatment of leather chemicals factory.
