制度成本、劳动力成本对企业创新投入的影响研究

摘　　要：在研究制度性成本对我国企业创新投入的影响时,将劳动力成本纳入研究范畴,与制度成本对比分析,并运用C-D函数结合stata对我国25个省市企业的面板数据统计分析,实证结果显示,制度成本的降低对企业的创新投入有良好的促进作用,随着市场化程度和财政支持程度的加深,企业创新投入会增加。在制度成本与劳动力成本的对比检验中,随着劳动力成本提升,企业创新投入会增加,制度成本与劳动力成本对企业创新投入的影响作用是反向的。对如何协调制度成本和劳动力成本并作用于企业创新投入起到了积极的探索作用。In the study of the impact of institutional cost on the innovation investment of Chinese enterprises, the labor cost is included in the research category, and compared to the institutional cost. This paper uses C-D function combined with Stata to statistically analysis the panel data of 25 provinces and cities in China. The empirical results show that the reduction of the institutional cost has a positive effect on the enterprise＇s innovation investment, and the investment of R＆D will increase with the deepening of the degree of marketization and degree of financial support. In the comparative test of institutional cost and labor cost, the investment of R＆D will be enhanced with the increase of labor cost, the impact of institutional cost and labor cost on enterprise innovation investment is reverse. The research of this paper has played a positive role in how to coordinate institutional cost and labor cost to improve enterprise＇s innovation investment.
