摘　　要："十二五"时期,特别是党的十八大以来,我国教育科研质量不断提升。同时,教育科研还面临着一些问题和挑战,必须妥善应对。要坚持正确方向,切实加强和改善党对教育科学工作的领导;深入探索教育规律,创新发展中国特色社会主义教育理论体系;大力提高研究质量,积极推进教育科学研究创新;加强科学管理,充分发挥教育科学管理平台的引领和服务作用。During ＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂ period, especially since the 18th National Congress, the quality of educational research in China has been continuously promoted; however, there have been some problems and challenges which need to be dealt with appropriately. Therefore, we must adhere to the proper direction, and practically enhance and improve the Party＇s leadership to the science of education; deeply explore the laws of education, innovate and develop educational theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics; greatly improve the research quality, and actively promote the innovation of educational research; enhance scientific management, and fully play the role of the platform of educational management in guidance and service.
