摘　　要：卓越研究生院（临时名称）事业是今后日本研究生教育改革的最新战略,该事业预计2018年度开始正式实施。主要通过各申请大学提交博士人才培养的构想方案公开竞争,文部科学省对通过审查的支援对象进行重点财政拨款支援,培养出能够主导未来新知识的创造和活用、给社会带来创新的博士人才。该事业注重在企划初始阶段多元结构主体的加入以及各申请主体对人才培养的自由构想,为我国研究生院一流博士人才培养提供了有益的启示。The Initiative for Excellent Graduate Schools（temporary name）is the latest innovation strategy for Japanese graduate education, which is to start in 2018. All applicant universities will submit their conception plans on training doctors and compete with each other, and Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology will provide fiscal appropriation to qualified applicants. The initiative aims at educating doctors, who can lead the creation and application of new knowledge and bring innovation to the further society. The initiative focuses on the participation of various stakeholders at the very beginning and free conception of talent cultivation from all applicants, which can provide useful enlightenment for the cultivation of China＇s leading doctors.
