摘  要:自我国高校职称制度实施以来,高校职称评聘工作取得了巨大的成绩,但在实际工作过程中还存在一些问题,部分问题在独立学院中尤为突出。例如:职称评审时注重学历学位刚性指标、重科研、轻教学,重评审前业绩考察,轻评审后考核等问题,针对存在的问题,文章提出了相应的对策,诸如主管部门加强监督、完善评审条件和考核方式等,以促进职称评聘工作的健康发展。Sine the implementation of the professional title system in China, enormous achievements have been made in the evaluation and employment work within universities and colleges. However, some problems still exists in actual situations, and part of them are particularly found in independent institutes, such as highlighting some rigid in- dexes, like education background and degree, emphasizing scientific researches over teaching, and paying more attention to performance examination before the evaluation and neglecting assessment after it. Targeting at these problems, some countermeasures have been proposed, including strengthening supervision of competent departments and improv- ing evaluation standard and assessment approaches, so as to promote sound development of professional titles evaluation.
