人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜预防术后植入腔感染的作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析并评价人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜预防术后植入腔感染的作用,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年3月-2016年3月于医院进行人工骨植入术的颌骨囊性缺损患者72例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组36例,对照组患者给予常规处理,观察组则给予人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜,术后对两组患者发生骨植入腔感染率进行比较。结果在术后发生感染情况方面,观察组有2例发生感染,感染率为5.56%,对照组有8例发生感染,感染率为22.22%,观察组与对照组相比,感染率明显降低,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于进行人工骨植入术的颌骨囊性缺损患者给予口腔修复膜覆盖人工骨能够有效的预防骨植入感染的发生,降低骨植入腔感染的发生率,同时能够起到引导植入腔骨组织再生的效果,进而在临床上可进一步推广与应用。OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the effect of artificial bone surface covered with oral restorations membrane on prevention of postoperative implant cavity infections,so as to provide a reference basis for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 72 patients with jaw cystic defect for artificial bone implantation from Mar.2012 to Mar.2016 in our hospital were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine treatment,and in observation group were given artificial bone surface covered oral restorations membrane.The postoperative femoral cavity infection rates between the two groups were compared.RESULTS Observation group occurred 2cases of postoperative infection,with the infection rate of 5.56%,and control group occurred 8cases of infections,with the infection rate of 22.22%.Compared with control group,the infection rate of observation group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Oral restorations membrane covered with artificial bone for patients with jaw cystic defect and artificial implantation can effectively prevent the occurrence of bone implant infections,reduce the incidence of bone implant cavity infections,also can guide the implant bone tissue regeneration,and thus can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
