综合治疗对晚期子宫内膜癌患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期子宫内膜癌患者术后综合治疗的临床价值。方法:60例晚期子宫内膜癌患者随机分成三组,综合组22例(手术+放化疗+内分泌治疗),对照组18例(手术+化疗),参考组20例(手术),比较各组的治疗效果及术后3年的生活质量。结果:三组患者1年生存率和复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),综合组3、5年生存率和复发率明显优于对照组和参考组(P<0.05),综合组术后3年生活质量明显高于对照组和参考组(P<0.05)。结论:晚期子宫内膜癌患者在根治术基础上加用综合治疗,效果理想,并且能改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective：To compare the prognosis and life quality by different treatment in advanced endometrial carcinoma.Method：60 cases were randomly divided into three groups,the comprehensive group of 22 cases were given treatmen surgery,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy,the control group of 18 cases were given surgery and chemotherapy,the reference group of 20 cases were given surgery.The prognosis and life quality in these groups were compared.Result：The survival rate in three groups were not obviously significant after operative 1 year（P〉0.05）.The survival rate and relapse after 3 and 5 years operation in comprehensive group were better than the other two groups（P〈0.05）.After 3 years operation,the life quality in comprehensive group were better than the other two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive treatment can improve the efficacy and life quality,it is worthy of being recommended in patients with advanced endometrial carcinoma.
