后牙纵折保存治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:针对后牙纵折保存治疗的具体临床治疗方法及其效果进行分析和探究。方法:选择2012年1月-2015年12月期间本院接诊的82例后牙纵折患者临床情况进行分析,并将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组患者采取常规保守治疗方式,观察组患者则利用结扎丝将纵折牙进行复位处理,并且对患者做了全冠修复。通过1年随访和调查,探究患者的康复情况与满意程度。结果:观察组患者中仅有1例治疗失败,其余均获得满意的治疗结果;对照组患者中则有10例患者之后出现不同程度的口腔问题,治疗失败,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对后牙纵折患者采取保存治疗,可以有效提高患者的康复度和满意度。既保留了患者的牙齿,也使得患者进行了全冠修复治疗,疗效明显,过程安全可靠,具有临床推广意义和价值。Objective：To analyze and explore the clinical curative effect of conservative treatment in posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture.Method：82 patients of posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional conservative treatment, the observation group was given ligation silk will be reset longitudinal fold teeth processing and the patient made a full crown restoration.Through one year follow-up and investigation, the rehabilitation and satisfaction of two groups were explored.Result：The observation group had only one treatment failure, the others all obtain satisfactory treatment outcome.10 patients had different degrees of oral problems in control group,the treatment was failure.compared two groups of that,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients of posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture in conservative treatment,can effectively improve the recovery degree and satisfaction degree.Keeping the patients＇ teeth already,also makes the full crown restoration treatment,curative effect is obvious, safe and reliable process,it has clinical significance and value.
