摘　　要：口腔种植体骨界面良好的骨结合,是种植牙美学及功能实现的基础。患者的全身情况以及口腔的局部情况影响着种植体与周围骨组织的骨结合及其使用寿命,主要反映在种植体周骨改建能力的强弱、并发症的有无等方面。本文通过牙种植体骨结合临床案例,回顾牙种植体骨结合的相关知识,讲述骨质疏松症与牙种植体骨结合的关系。The osseointegration of bone and implants is the base of the implant denture aesthetics and functions embodies.The systemic conditions and mouth cavity＇s local circumstance play an important role in the effect and lifetime of implant osseointegration,which is mainly reflected by capability of bone remodeling and reducing occurrences of complications.This article focuses on the knowledge related to bone and implant osseointegration through clinical case,talking about the relationship between osteoporosis and implantation.
