摘　　要：提升长三角服务外包产业竞争力可以优化该区域产业结构,提高区域经济竞争力。构建基于模糊层次分析法的长三角服务外包产业综合竞争力指标体系及评价体系,构造判断矩阵,确定指标因子权重,通过二级指标的模糊综合评价及实证分析,得出长三角服务外包的人才资源、交通与通讯设施、经济环境的评价结果,给出提升长三角服务外包产业竞争力的策略建议。The competitiveness improvement of Yangtze River Delta region can optimize the industrial structure and improve the region economic competitiveness. A comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model constructed is based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in Yangtze River Delta region. It includes the index system, the evaluation factor set, the judgment matrix and the weight of the index factors. Through evaluating the competitiveness of service outsourcing industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, the evaluation result of the talent resources, transportation and communication facilities and economic environment are con- cluded.
