腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术治疗结肠癌的效果观察及评估

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术治疗结肠癌的效果。方法随机选取我院2013年1月-2016年6月收治的结肠癌患者134例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,对照组患者采用传统开腹结肠癌切除术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术治疗,对比两组患者的手术效果。结果两组患者的手术时间[(102.7±23.4)min vs.(109.6±25.1)min],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者淋巴结清扫数目为(16.9±2.3)个,多于对照组(13.6±2.1)个,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的术中出血量[(18.2±4.5)ml vs.(53.8±10.2)ml],下地活动时间[(3.28±0.35)d vs.(2.01±0.15)d]、排气时间[(5.32±0.43)d vs.(3.28±0.10)d],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术在结肠癌的治疗中效果确切,有助于促进患者的术后早日康复。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic resection of colon cancer for colon cancer. Methods A total of 134 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 were randomly selected as study subjects by according to the different treatment methods, Patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy, patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic resection of colon cancer, comparison of two groups of patients with surgical results. Results The operation time of two groups[（102.7±23.4） min vs.（109.6±25.1） min], there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）; The number of lymph node dissection in the observation group was（16.9±2.3）, which was more than control group（13.6 ± 2.1）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss [（18.2±4.5） ml vs.（53.8±10.2） ml], the activity time [（3.28±0.35） d vs.（2.01±0.15） d], exhaust time [（5.32±0.43） d vs.（3.28±0.10） d], the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic colon cancer resection is effective in the treatment of colon cancer, help to promote postoperative recovery of patients.
