兰索拉唑对胃溃疡患者血浆多种因子表达的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究与分析兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡患者对血浆多种因子表达的影响。方法选取胃溃疡患者90例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例,对照组给予常规方法,观察组加用兰索拉唑,对比两组血浆丙二醛、超氧化合物歧化酶、一氧化碳、内皮素-1的变化。结果对照组治疗后丙二醛、超氧化合物歧化酶、一氧化碳、内皮素-1表达水平分别为(6.02±1.89)μmol/L、(41.34±8.12)μmol/L、(54.23±8.90)μmol/L、(62.27±10.55)μmol/L,观察组治疗后丙二醛、超氧化合物歧化酶、一氧化碳、内皮素-1表达水平分别为(4.49±1.26)μmol/L、(35.96±7.26)μmol/L、(66.89±8.61)μmol/L、(52.19±9.14)μmol/L,两组治疗后与治疗前相比丙二醛、超氧化合物歧化酶表达水平较低,一氧化碳、内皮素-1表达水平较高,观察组改善更加明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡能够改善患者血浆多种因子的表达水平,疗效突出。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of lansoprazole on expression of plasma factors in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 90 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional method, observation group added lansoprazole. The changes of malondialdehyde（MDA）, superoxide dismutase（SOD）, carbon monoxide（CO） and endothelin-1（ET-1） in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the malondialdehyde, super oxide dismutase compounds, carbon monoxide, endothelin- 1 expression level respectively in control group were（6.02±1.89） μmol/L,（41.34±8.12） μmol/L,（54.23±8.90） μmol/L,（62.27±10.55） μmol/L, the malondialdehyde, super oxide dismutase compounds, carbon monoxide, endothelin- 1 expression level in the observation group were（4.49±1.26） μmol/L,（35.96±7.26） μmol/L,（66.89±8.61） μmol/L,（52.19±9.14） μmol/L, after treatment, the expression levels of malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase were lower, carbon monoxide and endothelin- 1 expression level were higher, observation group improved more significantly, the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lansoprazole treatment of gastric ulcer can improve the expression of multiple factors in patients with plasma, the effect is outstanding.
