中医药逆转大肠癌多药耐药的研究状况

摘　　要：大肠癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤之一,提高其5年生存率是亟需解决的问题。临床治疗过程中大肠癌患者多药耐药的产生常可导致化疗失败。肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)的产生机制复杂,具有多基因、多阶段及多因素的特性。近年中医药在逆转大肠癌多药耐药方面取得了一定进展,其逆转机制也得到了广泛研究。文章对中医药逆转大肠癌多药耐药的研究状况进行综述。Colon cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract. How to improve 5-year survival is urgent for us to resolve. In the clinical patients with colon cancer who produce multidrug resistance can often lead to the failure of chemotherapy in the course of treatment. Multidrug resistance（MDR） mechanisms is complex, with features of multiple genes, multistages and multi-factors. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has made some progress in colon cancer multidrug resistance reversal aspect. The reversal mechanism has also been researched. In this paper, we summarize the progress in traditional Chinese medicine to reverse multidrug resistance in colon cancer.
