安乐片联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴认知障碍的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察安乐片联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴认知障碍的疗效。方法将抑郁症伴认知障碍患者100例随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组给予安乐片联合帕罗西汀治疗,对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,比较2组简明精神病评定量表评分(BPRS)、认知功能评分及不良反应。结果治疗前2组BPRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周、16周后2组BPRS评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项认知功能评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为24.0%低于对照组的56.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安乐片联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴认知障碍疗效显著,且不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of anle pian combined with paroxetinein in treatment of depression with cognitive impairment. Methods 100 patients with depression with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group, with 50 cases of each group. The observation group was treated with anle pian combined with par- oxetinein, and control group was treated with paroxetinein. The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） , cognitive function score and adverse reactions among the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in BPRS score between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment of 4 weeks and 16 weeks,the BPRS scores of the two groups were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cognitive func- tion scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of ad- verse reactions in the observation group（24.0% ） was lower than that of the control group（56.0% ） ,the difference was statisti- cally significant（P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Anle Pian combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression with cognitive impairment is significant, and the adverse reaction is small, so it is worthy of clinical application.
