牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年1-12月收治的88例牙周炎患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组患者接受常规的正畸治疗;实验组患者联合牙周序列治疗。对两组患者的疗效、牙周附着水平、出血指数等指标进行观察对比。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的牙周附着水平、出血指数、菌斑株数等均低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中能够起到促进疗效、改善牙齿相关指标的作用,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of periodontal therapy in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis. Methods 88 cases of patients with periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table. Patients in the control group received conventional orthodontic treatment; the experimental group of patients with periodontal sequence therapy. The effect of two groups of patients, periodontal attachment level, bleeding index and other indicators were observed and compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The periodontal attachment level, bleeding index and the number of plaque were lower in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periodontal sequence therapy can improve the effect of toothrelated indexes in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis patients, and it has high application value.
