江苏省护患共情现状分析

摘　　要：从护患双方角度研究共情,通过江苏省内8家医院护理人员、患者共情现状进行调研分析。分别研究共情的三个方面:(1)共情感觉;(2)表达共情;(3)病人感觉到共情。并设定微笑、专注、耐心、语言、倾听、初、高级共情六个因素对其进行验证参考。发现护理人员在专注、耐心、倾听三个因素做得较好,在微笑、语言两个因素还需提高,护理人员也产生共情意识。找出江苏省现阶段共情因素的薄弱点,便于为共情培训、共情研究打好基础,并提出利用巴林特工作小组培养共情。Study empathy from the perspective of both nurses and patients, analysis the empathy of nurse-patient by eight hospitals in Jiangsu province. Respectively studies three aspects of empathy： （1）Feel empathy; （2）Express Empathy; （3）The patient feel empathy. Set six factors of empathy include smile,focus,patience,language,listening,primary and senior,to validate their references. Find weakness in the present stage empathy factor in Jiangsu province,to provide concrete data for empathy training and empathy research, and come up with the cultivating empathy by using Ballnt groups.
