摘 要:目的评估不同掺杂量下的β-SiC纳米线对POSS复合树脂的抗压强度和弯曲强度的影响,为纳米复合树脂在齿科领域的应用提供理论依据。方法将经过KH550硅烷偶联化处理过的β-SiC纳米线均匀散布于POSS复合树脂之中,合成出β-SiC纳米线的质量分数分别为0.5%,1.0%和1.5%的β-SiC纳米线杂化POSS复合树脂,分别设为B,C,D三组,纯POSS树脂组为A组(对照组)。用万能试验机对各组件的抗压强度和弯曲强度力学参数进行测试,并用扫描电子显微镜对表面形貌进行观测,对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果统计学分析结果表明,与其他各组分比较,B组0.5%β-SiC纳米线加固的POSS复合树脂的弯曲强度,抗压强度均最高,与对照组相比分别增加了67.64%和34.76%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论添加适量的β-SiC纳米线可显著增强POSS复合树脂的弯曲强度和抗压强度。Objective The effects of β-SiC nanowires with different fillings upon flexural and compressive strength of POSS composite resin is the focus of the present research. Methods After modifying the POSS composite resin using a silicone coupling agent KH550, 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% β-SiC nanowires were added to obtain three different resin materials. The flexural and compressive strength of each material were determined by using the universal testing machine, and their surface form was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results obtained were analyzed through statistical software. Results The statistical results indicate that the material containing 0.5% β-SiC nanowires exhibited higher flexural strength than that of the other two materials. A statistical difference was observed in the flexural strength of all the three materials(P〈0.05). The data show a clear increase in the compressive strength of the POSS composite resin containing 0.5% β-SiC nanowires. A statistical difference in the compressive strength was also observed for all the three resin types(P0.05). Conclusion It can be concluded that adding an appropriate amount of β-SiC nanowires to the POSS composite resin clearly enhanced both the flexural and compressive strength.
