摘 要:目的通过运用轴位断层扫描,对颌骨埋伏牙进行定位分析。方法运用曲面体层X线机的轴位断层程序,对60例上颌骨埋伏牙患者进行颊舌向的扫描成像,分析埋伏牙在颌骨中的形态、位置、方向。结果 60例埋伏牙患者进行颊舌向的扫描成像中58例病例(共计73颗埋伏阻生牙及多生牙)获得比较满意的定位效果。埋伏牙在颌骨中的位置、牙轴的方向、牙体的断面形态均得以清晰显示。结论轴位体层检查能够排除颊舌两侧及周围多个牙齿的重叠影像,清晰地显示埋伏牙的唇腭侧定位。Objective To locate and analyze the teeth impacted in jaw bone by transsectional tomography radiograph. Methods X-ray panoramic radiograph machine was operated on a transsectional tomography program and scanned the impacted maxillary teeth in 60 patients. And then we investigated the impacted teeth in the morphology, the position and the direction. Results A total of 73 impacted teeth and supernumerary teeth in 58 of 60 patients were located accurately by buccal-lingual direction scanning. It is clear to identify the target teeth including the position, axis direction and section morphology. Conclusion Overlapping images due to buccal and lingual tissues or supernumerary teeth condition can be eliminated effectively and impacted teeth identifed clearly by transsectional tomography radiograph.
