肥胖合并2型糖尿病对青少年心脏几何结构变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肥胖合并2型糖尿病对青少年早期心脏几何结构的变化。方法将试验对象分为对照组、肥胖组和肥胖合并2型糖尿病组。采用超声心动图分析比较各组受试者心脏几何结构变化,进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,肥胖组和肥胖合并2型糖尿病组的青少年患者心脏几何结构存在异常(P<0.05),左心室重量指数(LVMI)有增高。结论肥胖合并2型糖尿病的青少年存在心脏几何学异常的可能性较大,应早期进行有效干预。Objective To evaluate the changes of cardiac geometry in adolescents with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The experiment was divided into control group, obesity group and obesity group with type 2 diabetes. Echocardiographic analysis was used to compare the changes of cardiac geometric structure of each group of subjects, the statistical analysis.Results Compared with the control group, the cardiac geometry of the adolescents with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus was abnormal and the left ventricular mass index increased.Conclusion The adolescents with obesity and type 2 diabetes are more likely to have cardiac geometric abnormalities.
