台湾高校应用型创新人才培养的经验及启示

摘　　要：台湾地区高等教育的发展,是在人口出生率持续下降,生源逐渐萎缩,教育竞争日趋激烈的大背景下,通过不同类型高校人才培养目标的差异化定位,以劳动力市场对人才知识、能力、素质要求为导向,紧密结合产业需求,逐步形成特色和竞争力的过程。结合大陆地区特别是浙江省内高等教育发展趋势看,可以预见在为期不远的将来,高校生源减少、经济社会转型发展及高等教育全球化的影响也将逐渐显现,台湾地区高校应用型创新人才培养的探索和实践可以为我们提供有益的借鉴。Nowadays, since the birthrate is continuing to decline, the number of students who are going to be un- dergraduates is sitfintdng gradually and the education is facing increasing fierce competition. In such a back- ground, the development of higher education in Taiwan region has gradually formed its own characteristics and competitiveness in a process which is oriented by the demand for talent knowledge, ability and quality of the la- bor market and combined closely with industzial demand by aiming different talent training goals in various types of universities and colleges. Taking a panoramic view of domestic development trend of higher education, espe- cially Zhejiang province＇s, the decrease of would-be students, the social and economic transformation and the globalization of higher education will gradually exerted great influence on current higher eclucation in the foresee- able future. The exploration and practice of the cultivating innovative and practical talents in Talwan universities will provides a positive reference for us.
