摘 要:在3种不同的钝化液体系中对屋面避雷针镀锌层进行了表面改性处理,研究了硅酸钠溶液、甲基硅酸钠溶液和5%硅酸钠+2%甲基硅酸钠复合钝化液对表面膜层组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经过复合改性处理后的避雷针表面膜层既没有出现镀锌层和硅酸钠溶液改性层中的褶皱现象,也没有出现甲基硅酸钠溶液改性后的疏松多孔结构,且整个表面改性膜层非常平整、致密和均匀;经过5%硅酸钠+2%甲基硅酸钠复合钝化液改性后的膜层的耐盐雾腐蚀和电化学腐蚀性能最好。The surface modification of the galvanized coating on the roof lightning rod was carried out in the three different passivation liquid systems of silicate sodium solution, methyl sodium silicate solution and composite passivation liquid of 5% sodium silicate + 2% sodium methyl silicate, and the effect of the three kinds of different passivation liquid on the microstructure and corrosion resistant of the surface film was studied. The results show that, after complex treatment, there is no fold phenomenon of galvanized layer and sodium silicate solution modified layer in the surface layer of the roof lightning rod, and there also is no the loose and porous structure after modified by methyl sodium silicate solution. The surface-modified layer is very smooth, dense and uniform. After modified with composite passivation solution of 5% sodium silicate +2% sodium methyl silicate, the salt spray corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion properties of the coating is the best.
