摘 要:复杂产品的补货问题是复杂产品生产组织的一个重要方面,补货管理的好坏,直接关乎生产能否顺利进行,成本能否得到合理控制。研究"三供应商-单制造商"组成的两级供应链在需求不确定情况下的协同补货问题,提出三种补货策略并对比分析不同策略下供应链成本变化情况。结果表明:当满足一定条件时,三种补货策略均存在最优解,且不考虑批量及时间协同的补货策略下的供应链成本总是低于供应商独立补货策略下的成本。最后通过算例对三种补货策略进行验证分析得出,任何情景下,总存在一种最优策略,但不同情景下的最优策略会有不同,最优补货策略的确定要依据供应链的具体情况。Replenishment issue is an important aspect of the organization of complex products. Replenishment manage- ment is directly related to whether the production can proceed smoothly and the cost can be reasonably controlled. This paper researches collaborative replenishment in a two-level supply chain consisting of three suppliers and one manufacture under uncertain demand. It also presents three replenishment policies and comparatively analyzes supply chain cost changes under different strategies. The result indicates that three replenishment strategies all have the optimal solution when certain conditions are met. Supply chain cost of model without considering the quantities and timing of collaborative is always lower than that of supplier independent replenishment model. Finally, the three replenishment strategy models are validated through numerical analysis. The conclusion indicates that there is always an optimal strategy under any situa- tion. However, the optimal strategy is different under different situation. It should be based on the specific circumstances of the supply chain to determine the optimal replenishment strategies.
