摘  要:为确定裂殖壶菌工业发酵的小试反应器,指导罐发酵,提高研究和生产效率,在实验室条件下通过裂殖壶菌发酵培养对两种不同规格的小试反应器进行了对比研究。结果表明,在相同转速和装液量下,挡板三角瓶具有更高的溶氧性能,对裂殖壶菌生长和油脂积累有明显的促进作用,同时缩短了菌种发酵周期,其发酵过程更加贴合发酵工业的实际生产情况,对罐发酵具有更大的指导意义。To screen fermentation bioreactors of Schizochytrium in bench scale,accelerate the process of fermentation tests and improve research efficiency,Schizochytrium was cultured in two kinds of specific bioreactors for comparative study under laboratory conditions. The results indicated efficiency of dissolved oxygen in buffed flask was much higher,that could obviously facilitate growth and lipid accumulation of Schizochytrium and shorten the period of fermentation. The fermentation process in buffed flask was analogous with the practical production and it was more significant for fermentation industry of Schizochytrium.
