摘　　要：高职院校逐步实行二级管理,以前不被关注的教学部门的档案管理工作提上日程,教学部门档案管理工作是学院档案的重要组成部分,教学部门是学院档案的最基层、最原始的形成地,做好高职院校教学部门的档案管理工作就显得尤为重要。Higher vocational colleges and universities gradually implement the two level management, file management of the teaching department puts on the agenda. Teaching department archives management work is an important part of college archives, teaching department is the most basic level and the most primitive form for college archives. As a result, doing a good job teaching departments of higher vocational colleges filemanagement work is particularly important.
