摘 要:通过向原种培养基、栽培种培养基和木屑栽培基质中加入不同含量的竹笋壳废弃物,探索竹笋壳废弃物对平菇菌丝生长和产量的影响.结果表明:向原种和栽培种培养基添加竹笋壳废弃物均能促进菌丝的生长发育,最佳添加质量分数均为60%;菌丝体对竹笋壳的分解和利用能力是可通过对母种的适应性诱导化培养而形成;添加竹笋壳废弃物的栽培生产基质能有效地提高平菇对栽培料的生物转化率,生产试验C和生产试验T的最佳添加质量分数分别为80%和60%,分别增加49.37%和43.36%的生物转化率;试验表明竹笋壳废弃物可作为平菇生产的栽培基质原料.To study the effect of bamboo shoot shell in culturing Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus are cultivated in- stock spawn culture medium, culture spawn culture medium and culture medium, with different concentrations ofbamboo shoot shell respectively. The result shows that all concentrations of the bamboo shoot shell in stock spawn culture medium and culture spawn culture medium can increase hypha growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, and the best concentration of increase was 60%. The capability of decomposing and using bamboo shoot shell can be formed by induction culture. The culture medium with bamboo shoot shell could increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus and the biological efficiency in medium; the best concentration of bamboo shoot shell for culture C is 80%, with 49.37% of the biological efficiency; the best concentration of bamboo shoot shell for culture T is 60%, with 43.36% of the biological efficiency. The bamboo shoot shell can be culture me- dium material for Pleurotus ostreatus.
