摘  要:创新创业教育是职业教育的延续,与职业教育的本质和目的一致,都是以能力为本,以就业为导向。探索创新创业教育的实践育人模式具有重要的现实意义。重庆电子工程职业学院通过长期的探索和实践,探索出创新创业"四步为营"教育和实践育人模式。创业经历创意激发、项目策划、项目孵化和企业运营四个步骤,每个步骤有不同的工作内容,每个步骤对创业者的素质和能力要求也不相同。在各个步骤分别组织不同的训练营,提供不同形式的服务,以提高创业者的经营水平和经营能力。The innovation and entrepreneurship education and vocational education are based on capacity and oriented by employment. It is a continuation of vocational education. Both nature and purpose are the same. It is fresh, having an important practical significance to explore its mode of education. After a long-term exploration and practicing, the mode of "Four Step for Camp" is established in Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering. Entrepreneurship experiences four steps of creative stimulation, project planning, project incubation and enterprise operation, each step having different contents, and not the same quality and ability requirements of entrepreneurs. In each step, different training camp must be organized and various services must be provided in order to improve the management level and ability.
