摘　　要：详细介绍了太重设计的一种齿轮箱组合密封装置。此装置在机械迷宫式密封装置的基础上增设了骨架油封式密封装置,既能确保齿轮箱在运转时无漏油,又能靠骨架油封橡胶的弹力和附加的环形螺旋弹簧的扣紧作用防止空气中的水分、粉料颗粒进入齿轮箱破坏油质,防止齿轮箱停止运转时漏油;该装置在轴承前面安装了挡油盘,当齿轮箱输入轴高速运行时,能够阻挡住润滑油向外飞溅及扩散,减少漏油现象的发生。This paper introduces a kind of gear box combined sealing device, which is designed in Taiyuan Heavy lndustly company. This device is based on mechanical labyrinth sealing device and additionally installs the skeleton oil seal device, which can ensure no oil leakage in operation of the gear box. Also it can depend on the elastic force of skeleton oil seal rubber and fastening function of additional circular spiral spring to prevent the moisture in the air and powder particles into the gear box to damage oil, preventing oil leakage when gear box stops operate. The oil baffle is installed in front of the bearing of the device. When the input shaft of gear box runs at high speed, it can stop the oil splashing and spreading, reducing the occurrence of oil leakage phenomenon.
