摘　　要：在介绍了企业采购工作流程中所可能存在问题的基础上,引入PERT为分析工具,选择了一家数码产品企业(H公司)为研究样本,对企业采购工作流程的优化方式进行了案例研究和量化分析,最后对该种优化方式的可拓展性进行了相关分析。This paper first introduces there may be problems in the enterprise procurement process, and then chooses PERT as the analysis tool and a digital products company （ H company） as the research samples, and studies cases and performs the quantitative analysis for the optimization of business procurement workflow, and finally the expansibility of optimization method is analyzed.
