摘 要:目的:研究断乳仔猪日粮中添加不同益生菌制剂对生长性能的影响。方法:试验选择120头断奶仔猪,随机分成10组,每个组12头仔猪,试验分为:1个不添加任何添加剂的对照组;3个乳酸菌制剂组(分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的乳酸菌);3个枯草芽孢杆菌组(分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的枯草芽孢杆菌)和3个混合制剂组(分别添加0.05%乳酸菌+0.05%枯草芽孢杆菌、0.1%乳酸菌+0.1%枯草芽孢杆菌、0.2%乳酸菌+0.2%枯草芽孢杆菌)。结果:与对照组相比,乳酸菌制剂组的仔猪平均日增重和饲料转化率有不同程度的改善,以添加0.2%的乳酸菌效果明显;添加枯草芽孢杆菌的各试验组均显著改善了仔猪平均日增重和饲料转化率,且以0.1%添加量效果最好;混合制剂组可极显著改善仔猪平均日增重和饲料转化率效果,且以0.1%的添加量效果最好。结论:日粮中添加不同益生菌制剂及其混合剂,对早期断乳仔猪的增重和饲料利用率都有不同程度的改善,其中添加0.1%的乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌合剂效果最好。Objective:To study the effect of different microbial preparation on growth performance of weaned piglets. Methods:120 weaning piglets were selected,randomly divided into 10 groups,with 12 piglets in each group. The test includes the control group,which was not supplemented with any additives; three lactic acid bacteria preparation groups(which were supplemented with lactic acid bacteria at 0. 05%,0. 1% and 0. 2%,respectively); three bacillus subtilis groups(which were supplemented with bacillus subtilis at 0. 05%,0. 1% and0. 2%,respectively); and three mixed preparation groups(which were supplemented with 0. 05% lactic acid bacteria + 0. 05% Bacillus subtilis,0. 1% lactic acid bacteria + 0. 1% Bacillus subtilis,and 0. 2% lactic acid bacteria + 0. 2% Bacillus subtilis,respectively). Results:Compared with the control group,weight gain and feed conversion rate of lactic acid bacteria preparation groups were improved in different degrees,0. 2% addtion having significant effect; weight gain and feed conversion rate of bacillus subtilis preparation groups were significantly improved,0. 1% addition being the best effect; weight gain and feed conversion rate of the mixed preparation group were most significantly improved,0. 1% addition being the best effect. Conclusion:With supplement of different microbial preparations and the mixed preparation,weight gain and feed conversion rate of weaningpiglets were improved in different degrees,with 0. 1% addition of mixed preparation of lactic acid bacteria and bacillus subtilis being the best effect.
