摘　　要：在对我国知识产权发展水平居前十位的省级行政区域知识产权战略指标和创新驱动发展指标关联程度分析的基础上,提出实施创新驱动发展导向的知识产权战略:强化企业知识产权创造主体地位,提升知识产权创造质量;加强知识产权环境建设,提高知识产权转化效率;优化知识产权管理体系,提高知识产权保护水平。Through analyzing the intellectual property development level ranked in the top 10 of provincial administrative areas in China,based on the analysis of the relevance degree between intellectual property strategic index and innovation driven development index,the paper proposed to implement the intellectual property strategy oriented in innovation driven development：to further strengthen the main body status of the enterprise intellectual property creation,to raise the creation quality of intellectual property;to enhance the environment construction of intellectual property,to boost the conversion efficiency of intellectual property,to optimize the management system of intellectual property,and improve the level of intellectual property protection.
