摘　　要：建材机械行业的蓬勃发展带来了对建材机械高级技术技能人才的大量需求。本文论述了"墙材机械订单班"人才培养的实践过程,以及在人才培养过程中总结的经验。本文主要从企业、学生、学校三方面对校企合作进行订单班培养过程中产生的一些问题进行思考,并总结在行业订单班实践过程中影响人才培养的制约因素。The vigorous development of building materials and mechanical industry causes large demand of senior talents in this field. This paper intends to discuss the process of training the order class students, whose major is wall material machinery, and gain experiences in the training process. From the enterpri- ses, the trainees and the school, the problems in the order class training process are to he discussed： The restricting factors are be concluded in the practical process.
